For this project, I conducted a competitive analysis of three key brands selling organic and eco-friendly bath towels. The purpose of this research was to help Bath EcoShop, a new e-commerce store specializing in sustainable bath products, understand market trends, customer expectations, and competitor strategies.
This analysis included an in-depth review of each competitor’s general information, content strategy, marketing strategy, customer service policies, and product offerings.
To gain a well-rounded perspective, I selected a mix of niche and large-scale competitors that specialize in eco-friendly bath towels and home goods:
Silk & Snow – A sustainable home brand offering premium bath and bedding essentials.
Sand Cloud Towels – A company that focuses on ocean conservation and eco-friendly beach towels.
